INSULATION - Check for sufficient insulation to keep out the cold.
VENTILATION - Provide fresh air with proper windows and fans.
MOISTURE AND DRAINAGE - Address leaks and wet areas.
DRAUGHT STOPPING - Block cold air from doors and windows.
