We are here to help provide peace of mind when ever you are selling or purchasing a property.
Why invest in a Pre-Purchase Report?
A Pre-Purchase Building report will allow you to enter negotiations for your new property with confidence. Our detailed building reports will give you a full understanding of any defects or inherit risks the building displays and what it will take to bring these back to an acceptable standard. Carried out by Scope’s qualified Building Inspectors a Pre-Purchase Building Inspection provides an in-depth condition report of the property, identifying all visible defects and high risk details. We understand the tight time constraints the property market demands and aim to be at site within 2-3 days pending property access. We welcome our clients to be present during the inspection process. As well as Pre-Purchase reports we also carry out a range of inspections including weathertightness reports.
We understand not everyone has a technical background in construction. We compile clear and concise reports to ensure you understand what you are reading.
How can a Pre-Sales Building Report help me?
If you are in the process of listing your home for sale, you should consider a Pre-Sale Building report. Carried out by Scope’s qualified Building Inspectors a Pre-Sale Building Inspection will provide an in-depth report of the property’s current condition. Should any areas of concern be identified, this will allow you time to consider maintenance, repair or to seek further advice before potential purchasers are on site. Having the opportunity mitigate any findings may save your sale from falling over last minute.
